At Home Placer Services LLC, we are committed to helping you maintain the quality and comfort of your home. If you need a non-emergency repair or maintenance service, submitting a Standard Service Request is the best way to get the help you need.
📝 How to Submit a Service Request
1️⃣ Submit your request – Fill out our online service form below or call (854) 333-2992 during regular business hours.
2️⃣ Confirmation Call – We will contact you within 48 hours or less (excluding weekends and holidays) to schedule your home visit.
3️⃣ Service Visit – Our technician will assess and address the issue during your scheduled appointment.
Standard Service Request
☑ Common Standard Service Requests Include:
✔ Small plumbing leaks (not causing major damage)
✔ Malfunctioning appliances (if under warranty)
✔ Non-working electrical outlets or light switches
✔ HVAC system concerns (excluding routine filter changes)
✔ Doors or windows not closing or locking properly
✔ Minor cosmetic issues reported within the first 30 days
