An emergency maintenance request is a situation that poses an immediate threat to your safety, health, or the structural integrity of your home. These issues require urgent attention to prevent severe damage or harm.
What Qualifies as an Emergency Repair?
Emergency repairs are needed when a system or component of your home fails and creates a hazardous or unlivable condition. Some examples include:
Fire – Call 911 immediately, then notify our emergency maintenance team.
Gas Leak – If you smell gas, evacuate immediately and call 911 and your gas provider before contacting us.
Burst Pipe or Major Water Leak – Shut off the main water valve if possible, then call us.
Power Outage (Not Caused by the Utility Company) – Call us if your home has no power due to an electrical failure.
No Heat in Freezing Temperatures – If temperatures are dangerously low and your heat is not working, contact us.
Sewage Backup or Overflowing Toilet – If it is the only toilet in the home and cannot be stopped, call us immediately.
Broken Door or Window (Causing a Security Risk) – Call us if your home is unsecured due to damage.
